The America's Cup is coming to Sweden! Malmö, in the Skåne region at the south of Sweden,
will be the Northern European location for the Louis Vuitton Acts 6 & 7,
with racing beginning on the 25th of August, 2005.
We on Offshore Sailing AB think this is a great opportunity for an event, sail and watch at the same time,
look on other arrangements that can be intresting during the season here.

The Volvo Baltic Race and the Nokia Oops Cup, two of the main big boat regattas in Northern Europe,
will become one.

JMS Next Generation started strong and showed the professional crews that she was in the game.
On the first oceanleg down to Copenhagen we won with 15 seconds over team Avant with Micke Lundh and crew onboard.
In this type of racing this can seems as a small margin, but this race with several days on the longest legs rarely
had bigger margins than a couple of minutes.
In the last race it was extremley equal, we finished on a fouth place with smallest possible margin to the third place.
We are very happy even if we were close, being able to race as a competetive competitor against these worldclass racingcrews feels great.
Together with JMS did we later have a amaising week in the archipelago of Gryt.
We think that most of their employees got the oppertunity to work onboard and more sun than the office ordinary gives.

Offshore Sailing Sweden AB togheter with the partner JMS, will compete in the VBR (Volvo Baltic Race) as a norwegian youth campaign, JMS Next Generation.
Training and selections with our "new" boat took place in Oslo before Faeder Race, a fantastic sailing with more than 1000 boats.

Atlant Ocean Racing arrange matchracing championship for comapines for the fouth time. The boats are some of the most extrem you can sail - V.O.60.

Thursday afternoon, new orders. Racing in Kiel on saturday with start 09.00 in the morning.
Our ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival,) are right now two hours before start and we have more then 30 hours left, much can happen.
We are sailing in eight knot and hopefully this will continue, so we will be there in time without using the iron genua.
In Kiel we hope to be part of a interesting regatta and in the evening hopefully a couple of hours of sleep before more race and a transportation to Stockholm.
